AUTHENTICITY

If I had to pick ONE core value, this would be it. To me, authenticity means honesty, vulnerability, and the courage to be your truest self even when it sucks.

FREEDOM

This is a place for adventurers, dreamers, and rule breakers. Whether it’s financial independence, social justice, or nomadic living, I encourage and support living free.

INSPIRATION

If you are a creative person, inspiration is wind in your sails. I share stories and resources that inspire my clients and community to follow their dreams.

ENTHUSIASM

I called my coaching practice STOKED for a reason! I am genuinely excited for you and what you are going to do/make. But not in a gross toxic positivity way.

COMPASSION

Being kind to yourself and others not only makes YOUR life easier, it makes the world a better place for everyone in it.

CANDOR

I swear. I call bullshit. I crack jokes. When I do these things, I do so in way way that is rooted in kindness. But I don’t fuck around.

JUSTICE

I donate 1% of my gross annual sales to grassroots nonprofits working for environmental and social justice. For FY24, I will split my donations evenly between the following groups:

EQUITY

I hold a limited number of spaces for Trans and BIPOC clients at a discounted rate. I do my best to create a safe space for coachees from historically marginalized communities, knowing that it is up the the individual to decide if I have done my job in creating a sense of safety for them.

ANTI-RACISM

As a white person I am aware of my privilege and accept my responsibility to use it to further the liberation of those who have been historically oppressed based on their race and ethnicity. I center my annual giving around nonprofit organizations that are led by Black and Indigenous activists.

I commit to respectfully receiving constructive feedback and using it to better myself, my practice, and my community.
